I get it, it’s hard to get outdoors when you would rather stay cozied up inside where it’s warm, but did you know that walking in nature can decrease depression, improve your wellbeing and mental health, and lower perceived stress???
Sometimes all we have is 5 minutes!! So this is just a friendly reminder to try and spend those 5 minutes doing something POSITIVE for yourself!!
Imagine how you would feel if you implemented walking in nature for 5 minutes a day, 7 days a week!!!😊

Currently, I live in the desert which makes me a fish out of water, but I’ve managed to find ways to incorporate my love for the water into my daily routine; from having two natural water births at home, to teaching Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga classes, offering Yoga Retreats, and hosting SUP YOGA Teacher Trainings.
As a mermaid at heart, sun seeker and Pisces… who ended up married to another Pisces, we have always had the desire to leave the rat race and open a retreat center in a small beach town. Together we created two baby goddesses and this is my story of our slow and steady journey towards a life by the sea…
