THE YOGA RETREAT
Join Tiffany Zoldan for a Yoga retreat in beautiful Flagstaff AZ in October of 2018. This is a chance to explore the Mountains and Ponderosa Pine Forests, as well as nearby Sedona, all while deepening your yoga practice, absorbing the autumn season, and setting life-affirming daily intentions.
To Break FREE! Yoga and hiking teaches you what it truly means to break free and disconnect from the familiarity of your routine. More importantly, it teaches you what it truly means to be balanced in a world with distractions that never permanently go away.
To do yoga in a place where you are disconnected enough from an increasingly connected virtual society, while still being close enough to learn to overcome the challenges of deliberately plugging out. Learn to focus! It’s easy to focus in a silent, zen-ic yoga studio atmosphere, but have you ever tried focusing where your surroundings give you as minimal an option to do so? When hiking and practicing yoga outdoors, there will be quiet areas and noisy ones–those with barking dogs, chattering moms, and squealing kids. Yet therein lies the beauty of such a challenge: in an environment that isn’t conducive to focus, you are forced to learn other ways to do so.
Fall is the perfect time of year to take yourself on a yoga retreat: those clear blue skies, beautiful red and gold leaves and crisp breezes make it easy to unwind.
We strike a balance between solo, reflective time, and social time. Through self-care practices, intelligently sequenced warming flows, led hikes through nature, soft afternoon yoga, and powerful daily intentions, we will become the embodiment of love and the bricklayers of a cooperative human future. Expect to rid yourself of negativity through meditation and movement, healing rituals and emotional exercises that aid in the transformative process of BREAKING FREE and TAPPING INTO THE HERE AND NOW!
