Creator of AquaHolic Journey

Global Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Healer, Embodiment Guide and Weaver of Magic

Tiffany has been a dedicated teacher and practitioner of yoga for over a decade, because she loves the joy and freedom that arises from the merging of movement, breath, rhythm and flow. As a Teacher Trainer, she currently offers global Yoga Alliance certified YTT’s through AquaHolic Journey Yoga School.

Tiffany’s Las Vegas background allowed for her to lead Experiential Yoga classes like Helicopeter Yoga in the Grand Canyon, and Yoga on the High Roller. She now resides in the Mayan Riviera and her obsession with being near the water, naturally led her to teaching “AquaHolic Yoga” Standup Paddle Board Yoga, serving Tulum, Playa Del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras.

Certified in Trauma Recovery Yoga, she has an undeniable passion for empowering women through embodiment and healing exercises both in person or virtually. 

Tiffany is often found traveling the world, leading moon circles, dancing and adventuring with her husband and two little girls! Manifesting dreams into reality, she is currently working on developing a Tulum Retreat Center inspired by her first born daughter Kenza.
