Mad Mag

After finishing up an intense year of working, I was ready for a bit of an adventure and wanted to combine that with yoga. After much googling, I came across AquaHolic Journey’s YTT program that was going to take place in Brazil – a country I had never been to but always wanted to visit. I had many questions before booking so I connected with Tiffany Zoldan, the founder of AquaHolic, who helped me better understand everything from safety of the location to how “a day with AquaHolic” looks as well as how to best prepare for a YTT. Personally, I vibed with Tiffany’s energy and after reflecting on it, I decided to go ahead with AquaHolic for my YTT; a big commitment not only financially but also time-wise for a professional like me with little ability to take extended vacation. Now, after the program, it’s hard to summarize – it sounds cliché, but it needs to be experienced. My YTT was a transformational experience and I’m truly grateful for both Tiffany and Emily who lead the training – not only for their professionalism and ambition level with the program but also for inspiring me to continue a self-practice that I’ve benefitted from ever since leaving the training. For me, the best credential you can have as a business is repeat customers; so instead of trying to sell you AquaHolic through this review, I’m hoping I’ll see you at one of the next retreats – as I intend to participate in many more of Tiffany’s retreats/trainings. Much love and namaste! ✨🧘🏼‍♀️🕉
