Coming "home" to myself is a remembrance of who I am. It's easy to get caught up in the constant cycle of DOING, but I find when I take the opportunity of just BEING, my creativity flows, my vision is more clear, and I can find myself again.

The term self-care is thrown around a lot. But what exactly does it mean? Self-care is the intentional act of caring for ourselves, physically, mentally and emotionally. It comes in many different forms, but it encompasses anything that will help us to pause, relax and recharge, so that we can feel our best. 💝
Meet Tiger, our Greek 🇬🇷 Cat 🐈 that we brought home to live with us in Mexico. 🇲🇽 We weren't in the market to get a pet yet, and even if we were I am a dog lover through and through...but this little fellow stole our hearts when we were living in Greece. He "chose" us, and we just couldn't leave him behind.
