I get it, itβs hard to get outdoors when you would rather stay cozied up inside where itβs warm, but did you know that walking in nature can decrease depression, improve your wellbeing and mental health, and lower perceived stress???
Sometimes all we have is 5 minutes!! So this is just a friendly reminder to try and spend those 5 minutes doing something POSITIVE for yourself!!
Imagine how you would feel if you implemented walking in nature for 5 minutes a day, 7 days a week!!!π
