As we approach our last days of 2020 (phew!) I’m sure we are all feeling a strong desire to clear any remaining negative energy and ring in the New Year! For me, in order to clear obstacles and make space for the positive, I always start with moving my body. Once my body feels aligned, I can find stillness and quiet the mind.
