Making Tea a Ritual ~ 5 Minutes to Mindfulness
As simple as this may sound, and as cheesy as this video may be, there really are a ton of benefits in turning the act of drinking a cup of tea, into a mindful ritual.
Of course I shot this video BEFORE the days of quarantined life, and now drinking tea is something I do with my kids running around me squealing lol! However, it doesn’t take away the enjoyment of such a simple act.
Lastly, remember you can do anything for 5 minutes so why not to do something positive for your well being. 💕

As a mermaid at heart, sun seeker and Pisces… who ended up married to another Pisces, we have always had the desire to leave the rat race and open a retreat center in a small beach town. Together we created two baby goddesses and this is my story of our slow and steady journey towards a life by the sea…
